FOX PLUS
Double-sided N/C machining center for the two ends of a work
piece.
The FOX PLUS machine simultaneously performs cross-milling and/or
boring operations on the two ends of a work
piece. Its opposed operating units can work at different
angles and thanks to the axes interpolation powered by a N/C, can
execute different machining, such as end-cutting, cross milling,
simple or multiple tenoning, drilling, slotting, etc. An automatic
hopper feeder gives the machine a constant and high output.
Both operating
heads have two tool-holder spindles, respectively fitted with a tool
for end-cutting or tenoning, and with a bit for machining of holes
or slots. |

Fox Plus also enables to work with
the heads set at a negative angle,
as shown above. |
The wide selection of tool cutting
paths, which are preset in the NC system, ensures
maximum accuracy without splitting even during the
machining of veneered or painted parts or items with a
melamine coating. |
