Junior performs contouring and profile shaping
on two opposite sides of chair parts or other solid wooden pieces of an
elongated shape, by copying a template on which the workpiece to be
machined is supported and secured. The working heads can easily
perform jobs that require high power; they may be swiveled with respect to
the direction in which the workpiece is moving to obtain the best quality
when rounding is performed at one end.
The workpiece carriage is driven by a hydraulic system with a two-speed
pump capable of providing the desired advance speed at all times,
guaranteeing an extremely fast return. |
